Jeff has been involved as a real estate investor since 2001 and a licensed Realtor since 2007.

When working with clients who want to sell a property Jeff knows what should be done to prepare a property for market and is willing to provide this specialized information at no additional cost to all clients who list their homes with him. Jeff believes in hiring a high quality professional photographer for every listing because it is extremely important to make a good first impression on the internet. Jeff will not push a client to keep dropping the price on a listing if it is not selling quickly, instead he will provide regular market data and let the client decide if they want to stick with the current price or make an adjustment. Jeff knows that selling a home is also very emotional for folks. Many home owners have put a lot of time and money into their home over the years and they want to get as much of the equity back out of a home as possible.

When working with buyers Jeff is always on the lookout for problems with any given home that is being considered and he never pushes anyone to buy a particular property. In fact since Jeff has so much experience with rehabbing properties he regularly warns clients about problems that he has found when showing a client a home. Jeff believes that it is better to help a client find a good home rather than make a quick sale. Jeff receives a lot of referrals from his past clients because they are happy with the home they have purchased and they spread the word.

Jeff also believes that charging a client a total listing fee of 6% or even some times 7% or more is way to much. Jeff came up with so he could get the word out that it is possible to work with a full time, full service quality agent for a reasonable listing fee. Jeff also has a "no pressure promise" he promises that neither he nor anyone on his team will ever pressure you.
